Purpose
Commanders need to understand what an adversary can do before they commit friendly forces, but generic threat summaries hide the doctrine that shapes real behaviour. SC-RED-01 models adversary intent and likely courses of action by combining reinforcement-learned policies with retrieval over sovereign doctrinal corpora. It conditions behaviour on observed pattern-of-life and ISR indicators, then returns probable COAs, most-dangerous and most-likely postures with explicit confidence intervals. Every inference is tagged to the source doctrine and sensor data that shaped it, so red-teaming outputs can be audited rather than trusted.

Architecture
Adversary order of battle, doctrinal corpora and ISR indicators enter through STANAG-aligned adapters and are normalised into the mesh schema. The reasoning core combines reinforcement-learned adversary policies with retrieval over sovereign doctrinal corpora, so behaviour is grounded in published doctrine rather than free generation. Pattern-of-life data conditions the model toward the observed adversary, not a generic one. Every model tag is checked against the fail-closed register before inference; an unapproved tag is refused. Outputs, including most-likely and most-dangerous postures, are sealed with full provenance to CyberFort Blockchain™.

What it does not do
It does not predict individual adversary decisions with certainty and never presents a single-outcome forecast. All postures carry explicit confidence.
The same four gates as every agent
An unregistered or unapproved model tag is refused before inference, not flagged afterwards.
Every action is scoped to a declared role. Scope is checked at the engine, not in the prompt.
New or changed models run under supervision until their evaluation evidence is accepted.
Irreversible decisions require a signed human authorisation recorded with the decision.
The agents differ in what they reason about. They do not differ in what they are allowed to do.
Deployment
In-country, accredited cloud, under your jurisdiction and operational control.
Designed for deployment up to NATO SECRET. Accreditation is per deployment.
Runs disconnected. Inference, agents and the decision record are all local.
