What is SynapseCommand?
SynapseCommand is a sovereign multi-agent AI platform for military command. It augments existing command-and-control systems with a thirteen-module agent family, twelve operational modules and one training-only White Force module, and a natural-language commander interface, helping staff see faster, decide faster, and act with auditable confidence.
What does “sovereign” mean in this context?
Your data, your model weights, and your jurisdiction. SynapseCommand runs entirely on infrastructure you control: in-country sovereign cloud, on-premises classified enclaves, or fully air-gapped tactical deployments. Source records, model weights, prompts and local inference traces remain at the originating node. In federated deployments, policy-authorised queries, derived outputs and required provenance metadata may cross the federation boundary, and embeddings may cross only where expressly approved and documented in the deployment release policy. SynapseCommand has no mandatory external inference, telemetry or control-plane dependency. The NATO DIANA demonstration uses the programme's designated cloud integration environment; production deployments may run on sovereign cloud, on-premises or fully air-gapped infrastructure.
Can it run air-gapped or in classified environments?
Yes. SynapseCommand deploys as sovereign cloud, on-premises classified up to NATO SECRET integrated with your accredited enclaves and PKI, or air-gapped tactical. Runs disconnected. Inference, agents and the decision record are all local. Offline map packs are staged per node.
How is SynapseCommand secured against quantum threats?
Post-quantum cryptography is applied across communication, storage and signing layers using NIST-standardised ML-KEM (FIPS 203) and ML-DSA (FIPS 204), with SLH-DSA (FIPS 205) for long-term trust anchors and FALCON tracked pending FIPS 206. Hybrid classical/post-quantum modes support the migration period.
How are AI decisions made explainable and auditable?
Every inference is TEVV-evidenced through VerityGridAI, and every command decision is written to a hash-chained, append-only record on CyberFort Blockchain. In assured deployments those records are signed with ML-DSA; records produced without an active signing key are explicitly marked UNVERIFIED. The result is verifiable provenance for after-action review and accreditation.
Does it replace our existing command-and-control system?
No. SynapseCommand augments the C2 systems you already operate, ingesting ISR, OSINT and force data through STANAG-aligned adapters and returning ranked, explainable courses of action.
Who builds SynapseCommand?
Decent Cybersecurity, a sovereign-grade cybersecurity provider whose established European engineering and operating footprint spans six countries: Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Ireland and the United Kingdom. The wider group has legal entities or registered operations in eight countries.
