    Purpose

Readiness reports often arrive late, conflict across systems, and leave commanders guessing whether a logistics shortfall or sensor gap is real. SC-BLUE-01 maintains a continuously updated picture of friendly readiness, logistics chains and ISR coverage gaps by ingesting force tracker feeds, logistics ERP data and maintenance status. It computes readiness scores, sensor coverage geometry and sustainment risk as independently auditable values, so a commander can see why a score moved, not just that it moved. Every posture snapshot is hashed and anchored to CyberFort Blockchain, giving a tamper-evident history that survives staff turnover and system swaps.

    Architecture

Force tracker feeds, logistics ERP data, ISR plans and maintenance status arrive through read-only adapters into a continuously refreshed posture model. The reasoning core maintains readiness scoring, sensor coverage geometry and sustainment risk as separate, independently auditable computations, so a commander can see why a score moved, not just that it moved. Source records and local inference traces stay inside the national accredited enclave; only policy-authorised derived outputs cross a federation boundary. Each posture snapshot is hashed and anchored to CyberFort Blockchain, giving a tamper-evident readiness history.

    What it does not do

It does not write back to source systems. All adapters are one-way by design.

    06

The same four gates as every agent

    Fail-closed model register

An unregistered or unapproved model tag is refused before inference, not flagged afterwards.

    Five-role RBAC

Every action is scoped to a declared role. Scope is checked at the engine, not in the prompt.

    Supervised quarantine

New or changed models run under supervision until their evaluation evidence is accepted.

    Human-on-the-loop

Irreversible decisions require a signed human authorisation recorded with the decision.

The agents differ in what they reason about. They do not differ in what they are allowed to do.
