Trust isn't a feature. It's the architecture.
Sovereignty, post-quantum cryptography, evidence and accreditation, engineered in from the first commit.

Sovereignty
Your data, your weights, your jurisdiction. SynapseCommand® runs within your sovereign boundary: no shared inference pools, no opaque telemetry. Source records, model weights, prompts and local inference traces remain at the originating node. In federated deployments, policy-authorised queries, derived outputs and required provenance metadata may cross the federation boundary, and embeddings may cross only where expressly approved and documented in the deployment release policy. SynapseCommand has no mandatory external inference, telemetry or control-plane dependency. The NATO DIANA demonstration uses the programme's designated cloud integration environment; production deployments may run on sovereign cloud, on-premises or fully air-gapped infrastructure.
- In-country, accredited deployments
- Designed for deployment up to NATO SECRET. Classification enforcement is implemented in code in both directions: unlabelled requests do not cross the gateway, answers above the caller's clearance are withheld, and withheld events are counted. Accreditation is per deployment.
- Air-gapped tactical operation
Post-Quantum Security
NIST-standardised ML-KEM key establishment and ML-DSA signatures, with SLH-DSA available for conservative long-term trust anchors. FALCON support is tracked pending finalisation of FIPS 206. Hybrid classical/post-quantum modes support staged migration.
- ML-KEM (FIPS 203, derived from CRYSTALS-Kyber), key establishment
- ML-DSA (FIPS 204, derived from CRYSTALS-Dilithium), signatures
- SLH-DSA (FIPS 205, derived from SPHINCS+), hash-based signatures for long-term trust anchors
- FALCON (FN-DSA; its NIST standard, FIPS 206, remains in development)
- Hybrid PQ + classical TLS
TEVV & Explainability
Continuous Testing, Evaluation, Verification & Validation through VerityGridAI™: every model run is evidenced, and every recommendation is traceable to its source data, model and tool versions, policy gates, confidence outputs and operator actions.
- Continuous model evaluation
- Drift & bias detection
- Per-inference explainability artefacts
Cryptographic Provenance
Every decision SynapseCommand® supports is written to a hash-chained, append-only record on CyberFort Blockchain™: tamper-evident and time-stamped. In assured deployments records are signed with ML-DSA; records produced without an active signing key are explicitly marked UNVERIFIED.
- Tamper-evident, append-only, hash-chained decision records, ML-DSA-signed in assured deployments
- Operator and agent attribution
- Verifiable end-to-end audit trail
Standards Alignment
Built to align with the major AI assurance and information security regimes.
- NATO AI Strategy & responsible-use principles
- NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- EU AI Act alignment where applicable, including for non-excluded civilian, critical-infrastructure and dual-use deployments
- ISO/IEC 27001 information security
- NIS2 cybersecurity directive
NATO DIANA
SynapseCommand® was selected as one of only 10 innovators advancing command-and-decision superiority for NATO warfighters, with €100,000 in contractual funding and a live demonstration to NATO commands by December 2026. Selected in the NATO DIANA Decision Superiority Challenge, ranking in the top 2.34% of 427 submissions across 29 Allied nations. The demonstration uses the programme's designated cloud integration environment; production deployments may run on sovereign cloud, on-premises or fully air-gapped infrastructure.
