    Purpose

Air tasking is a high-tempo, multi-constraint problem where late discovery of tanker shortfalls or airspace conflicts can collapse a day's flying programme. SC-ATO-01 supports the air tasking cycle from apportionment to ATO and ACO production, running continuous feasibility checks against available platforms, tanking and airspace. Deconfliction findings are attached to the draft line that causes them, so planners see the conflict at the source, and CipherLayer protects products in transit within the deployment enclave. Every draft, check and revision is sealed to CyberFort Blockchain, giving the air component a complete, auditable tasking history.

    Architecture

Air apportionment guidance, platform and crew availability, airspace control measures and target nominations feed a tasking core aligned to AJP-3.3 and the air tasking cycle. The core drafts ATO and ACO products while running continuous feasibility checks: sortie generation against availability, tanker plans against ranges and offload, and deconfliction against the declared airspace structure. Findings are attached to the draft they concern, so a planner sees the conflict at the line that causes it. CipherLayer protects products in transit within the deployment enclave, whether sovereign cloud, on-prem classified or air-gapped, and every draft and check is sealed to CyberFort Blockchain.

    What it does not do

It does not release an ATO. The air component commander's staff review, amend and sign every product.

    06

The same four gates as every agent

    Fail-closed model register

An unregistered or unapproved model tag is refused before inference, not flagged afterwards.

    Five-role RBAC

Every action is scoped to a declared role. Scope is checked at the engine, not in the prompt.

    Supervised quarantine

New or changed models run under supervision until their evaluation evidence is accepted.

    Human-on-the-loop

Irreversible decisions require a signed human authorisation recorded with the decision.

The agents differ in what they reason about. They do not differ in what they are allowed to do.
